Tim McAvoy thought his divorce was the worst thing that could ever happen to him. Then he met his end staring down the grill of a speeding bus, only to realize he had it easy.
Whisked away in the moment before his death to a dimension beyond time and space, he now finds himself an unwilling contestant in a game where brutal bloodshed equates to entertainment. If he wins, he stands to earn back his life and possibly much more. But if he loses, his entire world could be erased from existence.
Facing off against enemies not only from different eras but other realities as well, he must race to complete the first of twelve increasingly deadly levels. The rules are simple: survive and grow stronger while keeping one eye on the clock – because once time runs out, there won’t be any more second chances.
